Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival from Srinagar to Baltal/Sonmarg (80km/2h30min approx)

Devotees start the Amarnath Yatra from Srinagar. On arrival at the Srinagar airport/bus stand, our representative will meet you. From there, you will travel to Sonmarg/Baltal by road. Sonmarg is one of the most picturesque places in Jammu and Kashmir, and the journey from Srinagar to this hill station is truly a journey. Upon arrival, you will check into your booked hotel or luxury tent for the night.

Day 2 - Baltal – Amaranth Cave – Baltal/Sonamarg

On the second day of the tour, you will be transferred to Amarnath Cave Sanctuary (10 km) after a delicious breakfast. From Baltal, you will drive for about 6 hours. Walk to Amarnath Cave. You can bring a pony, pathos, or palki to cover this distance. Post your Darshan in the Sacred Cave and head back to your base camp in Baltal. You can choose to spend the night in Baltal or return to the hotel in Sonamarg (15 km from Baltal).

Day 3 - Baltal/Sonamarg to Srinagar (80km/2h30min approx)

From Baltal or Sonamarg, you will be transferred to Srinagar. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to a luxury hotel/houseboat. Spend the rest of the day on your own. Then you can choose to spend the night enjoying the shikhara ride on the spectacular Dal Lake. After that, return to the hotel for the night.

Day 4 - Srinagar sightseeing

On Day 4 of Srinagar Sightseeing, spend this day exploring the famous attractions of Srinagar. After breakfast, take a sightseeing tour of the city. Among the famous Mughal gardens, visit Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chasma Shahi. Then return to the houseboat for the night.

Day 5 - Depart Srinagar

When your breakfast is done, proceed to Srinagar airport/bust post for your return journey home. Therefore, Amarnath Yatra tour ends here.
